Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Development Team Lead located in Burleigh Heads, QLD. The Development Lead is the driving force behind PeriscoPe's technical delivery, ensuring digital products and platforms are robust, scalable, and performant. This senior individual role is responsible for technical excellence, project management, and cross-functional collaboration, with a strong emphasis on client trust & satisfaction, project management and team output quality. The Development Lead owns all technical deliverables, project timelines, and the management mentoring and motivation of direct reports, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Qualifications
* Team Leadership skills
* 5 years + experience in web development
* Proficiency in Front-End Development, including HTML and CSS
* Experience in Software Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work on-site at Burleigh Heads, QLD
* Preferable Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
