Job Description: As the Customer Service Team Leader, this individual will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team, ensuring that customers receive outstanding support and service. They will play a key role in managing daily operations, driving team performance, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the customer service team, providing guidance, support, and training.
* Monitor and evaluate team performance, setting goals and objectives to drive improvement.

* Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
