About the Role
OurteamisseekingaProduct Implementation Specialistto oversee and drive the successful deployment and adoption of Tax Automate,our market-leading tax reporting and compliance solution.
You'llhelp solve complex problems by using your skills in:
Relevant experience in a product implementation or similar role, ideally within a softwaredevelopment environment, working as a team to achieve key business outcomes.
Demonstrated strong technical skills, with the ability to understand and configure software solutions. Experience with tax compliance or accounting software is highly desirable.
Aknowledge and understanding of fundamental financial accounting principles (or be willing to learn) and ideally had exposure to financial statements.
A strong client focus, with the ability to build andmaintainstrong relationships with clients
Excellent problem-solving abilities, enabling quick identification and resolution of issues to ensure smooth implementation processes and high client satisfaction.
In ourTax Reporting & Innovationteam, your impact will be seen by:
Working closely with new clients to understand their requirements and ensure a smooth onboarding process. This includes documentation of business requirements, initial setup, configuration, andcomprehensivetraining.
Managing the end-to-end implementation process for Tax Automate, ensuring that all client-specific configurations andcustomisationsare completed on time and to a high standard with minimal disruption totheiroperations
Identifyingopportunities for improving the implementation process andworkwith the relevant teams to implement these improvements.
Building andmaintainingstrong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all implementation-related matters and addressing any issues or questions that arise.
