Store Manager
We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our restaurant teams.
Responsibilities
* Lead all restaurant team members to ensure excellent customer service and product quality.
* Recruit, train, and maintain suitable team members to meet the needs of the business.
* Manage all aspects of restaurant management and profitability, meeting standards and delivering on key performance areas such as sales, food cost, labour spend and other controllable expenses.
* Create a culture of excellence.
* Communicate effectively and delegate tasks, while being empathetic with regard to guest complaints.
Qualifications
* Prior leadership team experience.
* Strong communication and delegation skills, with empathy for guest complaints.
* Understanding of the hospitality industry.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
