We are seeking an experienced and motivated Height Safety Leading Hand or Installer who's ready to take the next step in their career. With strong demand across FNQ, we're on the lookout for a natural leader with a solid background in height safety installations and a deep understanding of relevant Australian Standards.

About the role
These are hands-on roles, responsible for ensuring your team delivers installation projects efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. You'll play a key role in managing projects across a variety of sites, including both existing buildings and new construction, installing systems such as:
* Access platforms
* Ladder systems
* Anchor points
* Static lines
* Walkways, handrails, and hatches
We're looking for someone who is reliable with a great attitude—motivating their team, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and driving quality outcomes.
About You:
* Experience in installing height safety systems (Leading Hand Role only, minimum 2 years)
* Background in metal roofing highly regarded
* Proven leadership experience (minimum 1–2 years in a leading hand role)
* Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
* Skilled in time management and team coordination
* White Card essential
* Working at heights experience preferred
* Confident reviewing SWMS and advising on WHS risks
* Strong focus on quality and safety
