Our client is preparing for a future SAP S/4HANA transformation and currently undertaking a critical ECC data archiving and readiness initiative. This is an initial 6 month contract with opportunity to extend thereafter
About the role
You'll play a key role in an SAP ECC archiving project, analysing transactional and master data to determine what should be retained, remediated or archived ahead of an upcoming S/4HANA program
Duties
* Analyse SAP ECC transactional and master data to support archiving decisions
* Perform data profiling and data quality assessments (completeness, validity, duplication)
* Identify open transactions and critical data objects relevant for S/4HANA readiness
* Produce clear data insights and remediation reports for business stakeholders
* Build dashboards to track data quality and archiving progress
Skills & experience
* Strong SAP ECC experience across key modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PM, HR/Payroll or similar)
* Proven data profiling, data quality analysis and reporting experience
* Ability to interpret SAP tables and structures, with solid SQL and advanced Excel skills
* Experience with BI tools (SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI or Tableau)
* Familiarity with data archiving, Selective Data Transition or migration concepts
