NF acts a key enabler for sales and performance of NAS through empowering our customers to access flexible payment options that best suits their cash-flow. Strong customer appeal for our finance solutions has seen exceptional growth in the NF business.
We are currently offering a rewarding opportunity for a Rural Finance Specialist (RFS) to join our highly successful team, and grow our footprint in Victoria.
About the opportunity:
The key focus of the role is to deliver exceptional service and solutions for our customers through engagement with our retail network.
4. You are the Product Champion for our digital offering, NPay, which is targeted at our SME segment of customers.
5. You will be the first point of contact for product support, and you will foster your own relationships with branch staff so that you can partner to build awareness and promote the benefits of our NPay offering to the branch and our customers. Primarily assisting branches in facilitating this offering, you will also deal directly with customers from time to time.
6. RFS are the support staff to service and maintain the credit quality and profitability of the SME segment of the NF Portfolio. Working closely with retail staff and credit teams you will ensure timely execution and establishment of accounts as well as conduct reviews directly with customers when necessary.
7. You will work in a positive team environment to execute region sales plans where growth opportunities can be largely dictated by external factors (ie seasonal conditions, commodity prices), but you will also need to support your peers in managing the customer needs of the existing SME segment portfolio nationally.
There will be a large element of travel, therefore the role requires you to have a valid drivers’ licence, and the willingness to travel.
