Strategic Enterprise Architect
The role of Strategic Enterprise Architect involves leading the design and implementation of an enhanced operating model aligned with the organization's strategic direction. This position plays a key part in driving business outcomes through operational excellence.
* Define organizational structures, clarify roles and responsibilities, and develop position descriptions that support strategic goals.
* Design and deliver capability uplift programs to support team development and enable high performance across the organization.
Mandatory Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in operating model design and implementation within large or complex organizations.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to influence at senior levels.
Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
* Deep expertise in organizational design, strategic workforce planning, and operating model development.
* Strong understanding of change management practices and tools.
* Experience in capability assessment, RACI modelling, and creation of organizational artefacts.
