Role Overview
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, solving problems and closing sales through exceptional customer service. You'll be the crucial link between incoming guest enquiries and booking outcomes - qualifying leads, matching needs and creating unforgettable stays.
As a key member of our team, you'll work with a portfolio of beautiful, high-value homes in the Northern Beaches. From responding to inbound enquiries to proactively reconnecting with past clients, you'll guide people through their journey with warmth, confidence and a solutions-focused mindset.
This dynamic role blends sales, service and process - ideal for someone with a strong sense of ownership and a love of matching people with properties.
Key Responsibilities
* Rapidly respond to inbound enquiries via phone, email and platforms like Airbnb, qualifying prospects and matching them to available homes
* Confidently close bookings through personalised service and thoughtful follow-up
* Proactively reach out to past guests and database contacts to generate new booking opportunities
* Work towards clear sales targets, with full support from an engaged leadership team
* Accurately manage guest data, booking details and communication across systems
* Support occupancy goals by creatively filling availability gaps and maximising property revenue
* Encourage and collect guest testimonials and reviews as part of the service cycle
Requirements
* Experience in sales, events, customer service, travel or account management beneficial
* Warm, confident communicator who can build trust and qualify guest needs effectively
* Detail-oriented with excellent organisation and admin skills
* Self-motivated and target-driven, with a natural instinct for service-led sales
* Strong memory and ability to match guest preferences with a portfolio of properties
* Experience using Salesforce or booking systems is a plus
* Real estate experience not required, but comfort with premium property is beneficial
