Job Summary:
Citi's Capital Markets and Advisory team is seeking a key professional to assume significant responsibility for project and transaction execution, new business development, and overall growth of the organization.
The ideal candidate will work closely with senior-level team members and outside advisors to deliver exceptional results, focusing on the power, utilities, and infrastructure sectors.
* Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for project and transaction execution
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external partners
* Oversee work performed by analysts and associates assigned to projects
Key Responsibilities:
Assume significant levels of responsibility for project and transaction execution, new business development, and overall growth of the firm
* Work closely with clients on financing transactions and guide them through the capital raising process
* Develop pitch materials, information memoranda, financial models, and investor presentations
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 6-10 years of experience in corporate finance or advisory
* Experience working within the power, utilities, and/or infrastructure sectors
* Strong financial modelling capability
* Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
