**What will you be doing?**
We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated HP on-site technician. You will join our team and provide excellence in client relationship management and leading edge technical support both individually and in collaboration with members of the sales and technical teams.
- Provide high standard of client service
- Diagnose and repair HP Notebook hardware to the highest standard
- Prioritise tasks and make decisions quickly to elevate the customers' experience
- Use your amazing verbal and written communication skills to uphold effective stakeholder management
- Constantly seek to acquire and maintain your skills across several OEM's
**What are we looking for in you?**
- Current HP Hardware certification with 3+ years of PC related technical experience
- Excellent forward planning and personal workflow management skills
- Understand the bigger picture and plan ahead to manage your personal workflow skills
- Master deadlines and agreed timeframes in a fast paced operational environment
- Love process and can meet strict guidelines setup related to process
- Love to work and have fun individually and with your team mates
**What else do you need to apply?**
- Start within a 4-week time frame, ideally
- Travel on-site to a clients' school in Tarneit VIC for work
- Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
