Occupational Therapist – Community-Based | All Experience Levels Welcome
Location: Ipswich Region | Work Type: Full-Time or Part-Time | Sector: NDIS / Disability Services

Your Role
As part of our multi-disciplinary team, you’ll support NDIS participants across all ages in a community setting by:
* Managing a varied caseload and delivering therapeutic services in line with participant goals
* Assessing emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical function
* Developing evidence-based treatment goals and interventions tailored to each individual
* Recommending assistive technology and environmental modifications for increased independence
* Supporting participants in home, school, work, and community settings
* Maintaining compliance with current legislation and best-practice standards
What We’re Looking For
* Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
* Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
* A proactive and innovative mindset, with a genuine desire to make a difference
* Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team
* A passion for helping people in the disability sector
