**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Domestic assistance: help with domestic cleaning, meal prep., laundry, etc.
- Social support: assist with travel for appointments, shopping and outings.
- Personal care: assist with showering, toileting, transferring, incontinence care, feeding, assistance with mobility and physical exercise, etc.
- Medication prompting and supervision.
- Companionship and dementia care.
**Selection Criteria**:
- Certificate III in Aged Care / Certificate IV in Home and Community Care or equivalent, or working towards it.
- First Aid Certification (required).
- National Police Certificate (required).
- Multilingual capabilities preferred.
- Driver Licence with Car (required).
- Smartphone with Internet Access (required).
- Evidence of COVID19 vaccination.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Excellent communication skills in customer service.
- Ability to fulfil our standards and values when performing their tasks.
- Have an eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to perform more than one task at a time and solve problems quickly.
- Can work autonomously and as part of a small team.
- Must be flexible with hours.
- Previous experience as a support worker in the Age Care/Community Sector is preferable - not essential.
