What's the role?
We are seeking a driven Client Partner to join where you'll build long‐term partnerships with clients, help shape sales strategies, create custom solutions. As a Client Partner, you'll lead efforts to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue and deliver exceptional value to our clients. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, and product teams to help deliver innovative advertising solutions that meet the needs of our clients. This role combines strategic thinking with hands‐on relationship management to tailor solutions for each client's unique needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategies to drive the continued growth of major account relationships, ensuring personal and team sales targets are consistently met.
* Drive revenue generation through Print & Digital channels by identifying market opportunities and developing innovative sales approaches.
* Lead client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships through effective communication and collaboration with clients and key stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and partner.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‐selling additional products or services to existing clients.
* Create compelling proposals that align with client goals and effectively highlight the unique benefits of our offering.
* Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, including revenue targets, conversion rates, and pipeline activity to drive data‐driven decision making.
Who are you?
* 3+ years experience in account management or in a sales position in publishing or agency.
* Strong analytical abilities, with a knack for utilising data to inform strategy and decision‐making.
* A proactive approach to identifying and seizing opportunities for growth.
* Experience in managing client accounts, including relationship building, contract negotiation, and account growth strategies.
* Demonstrates strategic thinking and can develop comprehensive account plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
* Ability to understand client requirements, identifying pain points, and proposing effective solutions.
