This admin role with a sprinkle of sales is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting with people, and is passionate about creating unforgettable experiences.
You'll play a key role in supporting our sales team to deliver exceptional conferences, events, and weddings across our 64 unique venues, including Sea World Resort.

Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will include a mix of administration, coordination, and customer service, such as:
Managing and allocating inbound enquiries
Updating our CRM system (data entry) and maintaining templates
Preparing quotes, contracts, purchase orders, and travel bookings
Organizing travel arrangements for the sales team
Coordinating and organizing trade shows and familiarization visits
Assisting with weekly and monthly reporting
Assisting in organizing site inspections and attending events when required
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Making outbound calls and preparing VIP treatments
Taking minutes at meetings and contributing ideas to grow the business
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a superstar organizer who loves connecting with people, keeping everything running smoothly, and adding a splash of fun to every day! You'll bring:
Strong administration and organizational skills
A friendly, skilled demeanour and exceptional customer service
Confidence in communicating with clients and colleagues
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with Opera, SAP, and CRM systems (a bonus!)
Previous experience in the hotel or events industry is highly recommended
A current Open Driver's License
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed
