We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lawyer to manage daily operations and deliver exceptional legal services in the Wimmera region.

Requirements
* A current Australian practicing certificate which entitles you to practice in Victoria as a government legal practitioner (mandatory).
* Proven ability to manage, supervise, mentor, motivate and develop a team of legal professionals, ensuring high performance and productivity.
* Extensive experience in criminal or family law, with demonstrated expertise in managing complex legal matters effectively.
This is an ongoing full-time position, but part-time applications will be considered. The role offers a hybrid work-from-home and office model.
