Job Summary
This leadership role is responsible for leading and managing a team in alignment with the goals and standards of the broader Operations division.

* Lead the team to deliver all aspects of the operational plan, including customer satisfaction, business optimisation, financial and risk management, process consistency, and employee engagement.
* Ensure successful execution of integration objectives, transformation initiatives, and delivery of agreed benefits.

About the Team Leader Role
The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and colleagues.
