About the Role
As part of our Spa & Wellness team, you will deliver high‐quality treatments in a calm, guest‐focused environment, ensuring every experience is personalised, restorative, and memorable.
Responsibilities
* Deliver a wide range of spa treatments, including relaxation massage and personalised facial and body treatments
* Tailor each treatment to suit individual guest needs, offering personalised care and recommendations
* Recommend retail products that enhance treatment results and support ongoing wellness
* Create a warm, welcoming, and deeply relaxing environment for every guest
* Contribute ideas to continuously improve the guest experience and build client loyalty
* Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing development in beauty and massage therapies
Qualifications
* Diploma in Beauty Therapy (essential)
* Previous experience in a spa, hotel, or resort environment (preferred)
* Flexible availability, including weekends
* Strong time management and the ability to adapt to guest needs
* A genuine passion for the beauty and wellness industry
