Due to recent retirement they're now seeking a Warehouse Officer to support their Brisbane Branch located near Beenleigh. This is a permanent role offering onsite parking, great team culture, and genuine opportunities to develop your career.
The Role
Reporting to the Manager, this is a fast-paced, hands-on and customer-focused position. Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining warehouse operations and stock levels
* Processing customer stock orders using company software system
* Accurately Pick and Pack Orders
* Control and manage inventory in software system
* Checking and receiving goods
* Loading, unloading, picking and packing orders
* Conducting local deliveries
* Keeping the warehouse organised and tidy
* Participate in Stock Takes
Preferred Experience
The ideal candidate will bring:
* 2-3 years' experience in a similar warehouse, trade, or branch environment
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A positive, proactive, "willing to help" attitude with plenty of energy and initiative
* Competent computer and administrative skills
* The ability to work autonomously as well as within a friendly team
* A current Driver's Licence
* A valid Forklift Licence (essential)
* Strong WHS awareness
