About the role
Performing health fund confirmations and providing patient quotations for accurate informed financial consent in a timely manner.
Providing timely information regarding patient out‑of‑pocket expenses.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced work environment whilst maintaining accuracy and exceptional customer services.
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a quality environment.
What we would like from you
Knowledge and experience with computer systems and programs.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Experience in Health Fund Insurance guidelines and policies.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced work environment whilst maintaining accuracy and exceptional customer services.
