We are seeking a professional and friendly Service Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will handle inbound calls and walk-ins, schedule service bookings, coordinate courtesy vehicles, and support the Service Advisors and Workshop Controller to keep the day running smoothly. This is a front-of-house role suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, clear communication, and great customer service.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the service team.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet guests, manage the service reception desk, and answer phones
* Create and confirm service bookings, update customer details
* Assist with loan cars, transport, and handover coordination
* Prepare job folders, filing, and basic invoicing support
* Monitor the reception inbox and respond to enquiries promptly
* Maintain a tidy, professional reception area and waiting lounge
* Work closely with Service, Parts, and Workshop teams to resolve issues quickly
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in reception, customer service, or admin
* Confident communicator with a warm, professional manner
* Strong attention to detail, accurate data entry, and basic MS Office skills
* Ability to juggle competing priorities and stay calm under pressure
* Automotive or dealership experience is valued, not essential
* Current Australian working rights and a valid driver's licence
