We are seeking an experienced workshop/production manager to lead our panel, paint technicians and workshop team.
* Manage the repair process to ensure timely, cost-effective quality repairs are carried out.
* Manage the production of the site to meet set productivity targets and customer expectations.
* Assist in the management of the site to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
* Oversee housekeeping within the workshop.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role you will need:
* Previous experience in a similar leadership/management position within the collision repair industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to set and adhere to deadlines.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
* Ability to motivate, manage and get the best out of your team.
