Position 1: Driver & Factory all rounder
We are seeking an experienced and skilled driver to join our Production team at Austrack Campers.
As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for towing campers and caravans from our Caboolture Production Facility to our local holding yard and to our Caboolture Showroom. Reversing like a champ is a must
The ideal candidate will have experience in towing campers, caravans, boats, trailers or similar, and possess a current driver's license with a clean driving history. You must be able to manoeuvre a vehicle with a trailer in tow, have good physical fitness, and exceptional communication and organisational skills.
As part of our production team, you would be required to do other all-round duties in our factory as requested.
Position 2: Caravan Manufacturing Assembly/Fitter
Austrack Campers is seeking general factory hands to join our team. As a full-time role based in our Caboolture, Queensland facility, you will play a key part in the manufacturing and assembly of our range of high-quality caravans and camper trailers.
What you'll be doing
Assemble and fit out caravans and camper trailers from start to finish, ensuring a high-quality finish
Carry out a variety of manufacturing and assembly tasks, including framing, panelling, wiring, plumbing, and installing fixtures and fittings
Operate a range of hand and power tools safely and effectively
Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment
Collaborate with the wider manufacturing team to meet production targets and deadlines
What we're looking for
Experience in a similar caravan, camper trailer or manufacturing assembly role
Strong practical skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality finishing
Proficient in the use of a range of hand and power tools
Good communication and teamwork skills
A commitment to workplace health and safety
Position 3: Pre Delivery & Quality Control
Austrack Campers is seeking a dedicated Detailer and QC Person to join our factory team in Caboolture, Qld. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for detailing and quality control of our wide range of campers and trailers.
What you'll be doing
Thoroughly cleaning and detailing campers and trailers both inside and out.
Quality checking to maintain our high standards.
Ensuring all units are well-presented and ready for sale or delivery
Contributing to a safe and productive work environment
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a similar detailing and QC role, preferably within the automotive or caravan industry would be advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy objects
Able to work in a team environment.
