We have an exciting opportunity for a Work Health and Safety Adviser to join Workskil Australia's Safety team.
Reporting to the Work Health and Safety Specialist, this role will support the ongoing administration and implementation of our WHS System and documentation. Our Safety team provides support across the business using a highly collaborative approach to managing safety. We care about
**This role will be based at Melrose Park and is being offered on a full time, ongoing basis.**
**You'll also experience the work/life balance that comes with working a 9-day fortnight, with a dedicated and fixed day off every second week. You will still receive the remuneration of a full-time employee in addition to the ability to salary sacrifice.**
**About You**
To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate:
- Have a minimum of 1 year experience in WHS or similar field.
- Knowledge of the relevant Australian WHS/OHS laws both nationally and by state.
- Experience in utilising WHS reporting systems and developing reports for stakeholders (including experience using Microsoft Excel for data to support data analysis)
- Excellent attention to detail and experience preparing regular and ad hoc reporting.
- Experience in monitoring, managing, and supporting the routine safety related activities.
- Experience in developing and supporting WHS improvement programs and rollouts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of enthusiasm for working collaboratively across multi-divisional teams and building strong professional relationships.
You will also be required to:
- Hold Certificate IV or above qualifications in WHS or other business discipline.

**Remuneration**
A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As Workskil Australia is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax effective salary packaging.
