We are seeking a skilled Training Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing and coordinating training assessment activities and career advice for non-clinical staff.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and training, with experience in scheduling, marketing, coordination and delivery of both large and small scale consultation and training events.
You will also be skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite and have knowledge and experience within the fields of Learning and Development, Organisational Development/Human Resource Development and VET.
Key Responsibilities

* Establishing partnerships and liaising with external training providers to deliver appropriate courses for identified training needs
* Providing recommendations on required training and on the methods for training
* Designing and facilitating learning programs that meet industry expectations and provide meaningful learning experiences
* Establishing a resource network to advise employees in relation to possible career pathways and areas of potential future training and employment
Requirements
Essential skills and qualifications include Certificate IV Training and Assessment, Tertiary qualifications, or experience in a relevant field such as teaching, careers counselling or human resources.
