Job Title: People Business Partner
Bond University is seeking a dynamic and experienced People Business Partner to join our high-performing team. This pivotal role will see you working closely with senior leaders across designated Faculties and Administrative Units to align HR strategies with the broader goals of the university.
* Provide expert guidance on human resources, employee relations, and industrial relations matters.
* Support initiatives across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
* Drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery and practices.
* Champion and support organisational change and strategic workforce planning.
This position reports to the Deputy Director & Head of Partnering and plays an integral role in shaping a positive, future-focused workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
The People Business Partner will be responsible for:
* Partnering with university leaders to deliver impactful HR solutions.
* Joining a collaborative team focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
* Influencing organisational change and employee engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* At least four years' experience in a similar role, ideally within higher education.
* Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation and enterprise agreements.
* Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Experience in leading or mentoring a small team.
