PROFILE

Your Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts in the transport, construction, and industrial sectors.

- Identify client needs and develop customised solutions, leveraging Sarens’ world-class fleet and engineering expertise.

- Lead the preparation of bids and proposals for engineered transport projects.

- Conduct on-site client meetings and deliver presentations to showcase Sarens’ capabilities.

- Drive sales performance KPIs, providing actionable insights through detailed reporting.

- Represent Sarens at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities, both locally and internationally.


What You Bring:
- 3 to 5+ years of sales or account management experience in transport, logistics, or heavy lifting industry.

- Expertise with technical documents (e.g., drawings, load specifications) and crafting winning proposals.

- Knowledge of industry standards and competition.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for professional communication and reporting.

- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and close high-value contracts.

- A self-starter and proactive mindset, fueled by energy and a commitment to excellence.

- Flexibility to travel regionally and internationally as part of a global team.

- Australian Resident and Rights to work in Australia.
