Health Manager level 2, starting salary from $109,857 - $129,624, plus Superannuation, with a 38-hour work week.
What you'll be doing
* Provide support to the Associate Director and Project Manager to co-ordinate the planning and execution of all projects, within established timelines.
* Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes including timelines, meeting notes, action logs and status reports, to ensure accessibility of quality information and contribute to the achievement of project outcomes
* Support the Project Team to plan and co-ordinate stakeholder engagement sessions gathering critical feedback, and ensuring alignment across various stakeholders, including the medical workforce, Local Health Districts/Specialty Health Networks, Ministry of Health divisions, and external parties.
* Prioritise timely delivery of the unit's operational processes and initiatives.
* Undertake research and analysis, identifying trends and preparing project briefs, to support informed decision-making and planning.
* Support the Program Lead and Project Manager to prepare high quality written documents including presentations, reports, briefs, ministerial responses on behalf of the Unit.
About You
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or significant relevant experience.
* Demonstrate project management, planning and risk management skills.
* Strong skills in document control, creating and managing reports, presentations, and documents in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Demonstrate proficient oral and written communication, interpersonal and consultation skills with an ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders across NSW Health.
