Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Travel Designers to create seamless experiences for clients.
• Manage new client inquiries, book accommodations, transportation, tours, and activities, while coordinating with suppliers.
• Maintain accurate databases for clients and suppliers, update internal processes, and share supplier updates.
• Liaise with Travel Designers, manage the main agency inbox, and respond to emails.
Requirements:
• Strong organisational skills and excellent communication in French and English are essential.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and experience with CRM software and online itinerary-creation tools is a plus.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role or industry, preferably with customer service experience, is required.
• Travel experience in Australia, New Zealand, and ideally Fiji is highly valued.
