Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Boilermaker/Welder to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for conducting fabrication and welding duties in the maritime industry.
About the Role
* This is a permanent full-time position working 38 hours per week plus overtime.
* You will be based at our Brisbane site in Morningside.

Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct fabrication and welding duties as directed.
2. Understand and accept assigned tasks.
3. Maintain ownership and respect for tools and equipment.
4. Complete assigned tasks in full and to the required standard.
5. During periods of reduced trade-specific works, assist in other trade-based sectors of the business as reasonably directed.
Requirements
* Prior experience in Boilermaking/Welding in heavy industry.
* Able to attain welding qualifications to Survey Body level standard.
* Capable of performing work in a safe and acceptable manner.
* Demonstrate adequate theoretical knowledge.
* Ability to use standard tools and equipment related to the trade.
* Possess good time management skills and ability to meet set targets.
* Hold relevant certifications including Construction White Card, First Aid, EWP, and Forklift Certification.
