Operations and Project Delivery Expert
We are seeking an experienced leader to drive innovation and sustainability in our operations. As a Principal Operations and Project Delivery professional, you will lead high-value magnetite workstreams, unlock operational capacity, and drive initiatives for green operations.
* Lead process excellence, compliance, quality, and throughput uplift in magnetite workstreams.
* Develop a robust IBC/magnetite outload delivery strategy to resolve constraints and support consistent shipped tonnage performance.
* Unlock value by improving systems, processes, and tools that enhance operational readiness and delivery.
* Collaborate with Port and Rail teams to minimise delays, reduce constraints, and elevate production performance.
* Tertiary qualification in Process Operations or Process Engineering (preferred).
* Strong understanding of magnetite processing, handling, and logistics.
* Prior supervisory experience within an operations environment (preferred) Section 26 competency.
* Experience across integrated mining and end-to-end supply chain operations, including inload/outload coordination.
