Experience is the foundation upon which we build our team, and we are seeking a dedicated individual to join us as an EFT Operations Administrator. As part of our dynamic financial services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our electronic payment systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reconcile Payment transactions and fees processed by Schemes (Visa/Mastercard/Amex/UPI/EFTPOS)
* Onboard merchants and set up payment facilities for stores for both Online and Brick & Mortar stores
* Investigate and Process Chargebacks received from Schemes and Issuers
* Bank Reconciliations and Daily payment to Merchants
* Consult with stores on matters in relation to Customer Dispute and Chargebacks
* Identify Opportunity to streamline Process
Requirements:
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong time management and team player
* Functional knowledge of the Payments industry
* Strong accounting principle
* Exposure to Mastercom, VROL, Amex, FIS and MPGS platform will be beneficial
* Previous experience in payment transactions will be highly regarded
* Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
