You are the cultural architect of El Tony Mate in your market – leading the way where music, action sports, and lifestyle collide. Your heart beats to the electronic music and scene. You live and understand our cultural pillars, understand the underground, and speak the language of artists, athletes, DJs, and tastemakers.
What You’ll Own & Elevate:
* Be the Brand Guardian:
Lead the charge for localizing all marketing activities in Austria – from big picture strategy to detailed execution. Your fingerprints will be all over how El Tony Mate shows up in the culture.
* Live & Breathe Electronic Music:
You don’t just understand the scene — you are the scene. With strong relationships in the world of clubs, festivals, record stores and labels, and artists, you’ll connect El Tony Mate authentically with the electronic music scene.
* Turn Strategy into Vibes:
Work closely with our International Brand Builder and internal teams to adapt global strategies and make them hyper-relevant to your market. From concept to execution, you bring campaigns to life with a hands-on, no-nonsense attitude.
* Build Experiences That Matter:
Create unforgettable brand moments. From basement clubs to open-air festivals, your event and activation game is strong — bold, raw, and always on brand.
* Know the Market Inside Out:
Keep your finger on the pulse of culture, competitors, and consumers. Trends don’t just happen — you spot them, analyze them, and act on them.
* Make Data Dance:
Own the marketing budget and keep an eye on the MROI. Numbers matter, but the quality and authenticity of every activation matter more.
* Shape the Digital Voice:
Be the bridge between our social media agency and global communication team. Help craft the right stories, in the right tone, for the right people – locally and loudly.
What you bring to the table:
