Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Consultant to join our Adelaide-based team on a permanent full-time basis. As part of our fast-paced office, your role will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our administration and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receive and respond to over 50 inbound calls and email inquiries from various clients, including domestic, commercial, and builders.
* Proactively engage with existing customers through outbound calls to promote products and services.
* Efficiently resolve customer queries and concerns.
* Schedule appointments for clients and convert incoming inquiries into sales opportunities.
* Liaise with colleagues to ensure efficient office operations and maintain a positive work environment.
* Meet call and internal sales targets while maintaining accurate customer records and database compliance.
Requirements:
* Experience in customer service or call centre environments, with ability to multitask and handle pressure.
* Confident in allocating and scheduling jobs for technicians.
* Demonstrated phone sales experience and converting inquiries into sales.
* Proficiency in using multiple database systems, email programs, and word processing packages.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Able to work calmly under pressure while multitasking.
* Proven problem-solving skills and ability to focus on delivering results.
