At Total Metering Services (TMS), our call centre plays a critical role in keeping large-scale field operations running smoothly. We're looking for experienced call centre professionals who can manage high call volumes, work across multiple systems, and contribute to a disciplined, team-focused operation.

This is not a sales role. It's about coordination, accuracy, communication, and professionalism.

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

What You'll Be Doing
* Handling inbound and outbound calls to confirm, and manage appointments
* Communicating clearly with customers, technicians, and internal teams
* Managing work across multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
* Responding to emails, system updates, and scheduling changes in real time
* Operating effectively in a high-volume, time-critical environment where priorities shift throughout the day
