**Spare Parts Interpreter - Honda Motorcycles and Power Equipment**
An opportunity exists for someone who loves motorcycles and is either looking to start, or continue their career as a Spare Parts Interpreter with a Premium Motorcycle Brand in WA's Biggest Selling Dealership. This is a fast-paced, multi-tasking role, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
**We are looking for someone who has a keen interest in Motorcycles and good mechanical knowledge. You will learn Honda Motorcycles, Power Products, plus Motorcycle Accessories and Apparel as part of the role.**

As a Parts Interpreter, you will identify and source genuine and non-genuine parts and accessories, for retail and trade customers.
**_What will you be doing?_**
- Locate and identify parts required through the use of Electronic Parts Catalogues
- Quoting, Invoice entry, Picking and Packing Parts
- Handling incoming stock, tagging goods.
- Maintaining stock levels on display shelves
- Receipting orders and data entry.
- Daily post run to the Midland post office.
- Processing Internet Orders
- Carrying out rolling & annual Stock takes as required
- Maintaining cleanliness of the parts and dispatch areas
- Training provided to get you comfortable and up to speed as quick as possible
This can be a high pressure position at times, so you must be capable of setting priorities and have the ability to multi-task whilst keeping a calm persona at all times.
**_What you need for this position_**
- Must be well presented with excellent customer service skills
- Reliable Good computer literacy with data entry ability
- The ability to work in a team environment
- Strong communication skills - on the phone and in person
- A good mechanical knowledge is advantageous
- Previous experience in a customer facing retail role
- Current West Australian driver's license
- Motorcycle License (preferred but not essential)
- Passion and understanding of Motorcycles
