ABOUT THE ROLE
Based in Bungalow (our Cairns depot), we have a rare opportunity for an experienced Senior Administrator to join the team, and contribute to the day-to-day administrative functions of our waste management services across the region.
This is a hands-on role; you will answer calls, support our customers and provide administration and operations support.

This position is a permanent, full-time Monday to Friday.

On a day-to-day basis, the work will include things like:
* Variety of operations and administrative support for the region
* Ensure professional customer service to both internal and external customers
* Ability to prioritise and perform duties in a fast paced and varied role
* Facilitating the flow of information between sales, operations, administration, and management
* Answering telephones and responding to email enquiries
* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence ensuring timely responses, appropriate follow up, escalations and preparing outgoing correspondence as required
* Working closely with Operations, Sales, Administration and Management to ensure the flow of information
* General administration, data entry and office support
ABOUT YOU
* Experience working in a similar role – ideally in transport, logistics or service industry
* Interest in a leadership role in the near future
* KPI and customer focused with the ability to perform under pressure
* Excellent attention to detail
* High level of communication skills, both verbal and written
* Able to work collaboratively in a small team
* Moderate to advanced Microsoft Office capability
* Excellent data entry skills and an eye for detail
* Demonstrate the ability to be a quick learner in a fast pace and varied role
* Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty and commitment
* Ability to learn new internal programs and technology
* Be proactive and strive to upskill
* A commitment to achieving customer service of the highest standard
