Responsibilities
* Provide specialist urological surgical care and other relevant clinical services for patients of Bendigo Health.
* Support senior urological staff and participate in the On Call Roster.
* Tailor the role to particular subspecialties, including female and functional urology, reconstructive male urology, and/or laparoscopic/open uro‐oncology.
* Reside in the Loddon Mallee region to provide ongoing follow‐up of patients.
* Deliver teaching to junior medical staff and encourage clinical research opportunities.
Qualifications and requirements
* Medical degree and specialty qualifications appropriate for Urology.
* Postgraduate training in Urology corresponding to specialist level.
* Demonstrated experience in surgical urology and subspecialty areas as per above.
* Commitment to teaching and engagement in clinical research.
* Must be able to provide evidence of full immunisation record upon onboarding.
