As the CEO's strategic right-hand you will help shape how our organisation operates every day, supporting the executive team, guiding critical governance processes, and contributing to projects that impact the future of our airports.
Role Highlights
* Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the CEO.
* Act as a key liaison between the CEO, Leadership Team, Board Directors and external stakeholders.
* Coordinate governance processes including Board and Committee meetings, agendas, papers and minutes.
* Lead and mentor the administration team, including Reception.
* Manage schedules, travel, communications and confidential documentation.
* Support major corporate projects and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.

We're looking for someone with:
* 5 years of experience supporting senior executives (CEO, GM or Board level).
* Strong organisation and prioritisation skills; proactive, decisive and solutions-focused.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication.
* Confidence managing sensitive and confidential information.
* High attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through.
* Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders.
* Experience coordinating Board or governance activities (highly regarded).
* Advanced MS Office and document management capability.
* Relevant qualifications in Business Administration or similar (well regarded).

Ability to obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card.
