Risk and Project Services is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering client-side projects with exceptional results. You will work on government projects within our North Queensland division, with opportunities to expand into other client markets.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Building and Construction, Infrastructure, Contract Management, Refit, Property Management, and related fields. This position offers the chance to work with a high-performing team that is a market leader in delivering large, complex projects.
We are looking for a professional who possesses excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You should also have a strong understanding and proven experience with delivery methodologies such as Head Contract, Managing Contractor, and Design and Construct. Additionally, you should be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently and be a proactive, strategic thinker.
A tertiary qualification in Construction, Property, Engineering, or a related field is desirable. Experience in the construction industry and an interest in transitioning to client-side projects with a professional approach is preferred but not essential. AIPM Accreditation or equivalent is advantageous.
