About the Role
DDH1 Drilling is seeking a Recruitment Advisor to support our HR team.
As the Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for the business.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment needs across the business.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure timely recruitment in a fast-paced setting.
- Delivering inductions to new starters as and when required.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships with Recruitment Agencies.
- Coordinate Recruitment system roll-ou.t
- Work closely with the Perenti HR Services Team and Payroll to onboard new starters.
- Support the P&C Superintendent in implementing People & Culture initiatives.
- Preparing and compiling reports as required.
- Provide support to HR and Training as and when required.
Qualifications
- High-quality communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude that builds relationships with ease.
- Previous experience in Recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience working with Success Factor would be advantageous.
- High level of initiative and a proactive approach to the role.
- Demonstrated organisational and administrative skills, including working independently, frequently under limited supervision.
- Work under pressure and multi-task to meet strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of current employment legislation.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or related fields will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to respond aptly to sensitive situations.
- Strong planning, time management and organisation skills.
- Strong MS Office experience with at least intermediate reporting skills.
