About the role:
Working within our dedicated administration team,you will coordinate the fortnightly rosters, manage daily staffingneeds and provide friendly, efficient support to residents,families and staff. This role is ideal for someone who enjoysvariety, problem-solving and being the organisational"go-to" person in a busy residential aged careenvironment.

Your day-to-day will involve:
* Coordinate, update and finalise fortnightly staff rosters,ensuring accuracy and timeliness for payroll
* Action daily roster changes including leave, shiftreplacements, coding of hours and processing systemexceptions
* Communicate with staff regarding availability, shiftrequests, training schedules and employment conditions
* Maintain accurate staff records, qualifications, trainingcompliance and HRIS updates
* Provide responsive administrative support to theResidential Manager, Business Services Coordinator and widerteam
* Support reception operations by assisting with enquiries,phone calls, resident requests and general admin duties
About you:
You are an organised,people-focused administrator who thrives in a fast-pacedenvironment where accuracy matters. You build strong relationships,communicate clearly and handle sensitive information withprofessionalism and care. Your ability to juggle multiplepriorities while maintaining empathy for residents and diplomacywith families is key to success.
To be successful, you will have:
* Experience in office administration (aged care orhealthcare preferred)
* Previous rostering experience using computerised systems(UKG advantageous)
* Ability to interpret Awards/Enterprise Agreements and applythem to staffing and rostering
* Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel andOutlook
* High attention to detail, numerical accuracy and data-entrycapability
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness toobtain)
