About the Role This unique blended position allows you to work across General Practice, Urgent Care/ED, and inpatient hospital care, offering clinical variety and strong professional development. Role Structure: Split role across GP clinic and hospital Approx. 2 × 8-hour days per week in General Practice Remaining time in hospital inpatient and UCC/ED Option for extra ED shifts if available GP weekday hours with flexibility Single employer model - employed directly by the Health Service Supportive team including GPs, ED staff, and inpatient teams Who We're Looking For We welcome applications from: General Registration GPs Level 3 doctors UK graduates (including those on RACGP pathways) Doctors with Urgent Care / ED skills, inpatient experience, or willingness to upskill Candidates committed to rural practice and delivering comprehensive care Training & Support Opportunity for additional training in ED/UCC and inpatient care Supervision and support available (negotiated based on candidate level) Employment Package GP percentage (negotiable) hospital employee salary for hospital component Flexible working arrangements Visa sponsorship may be available (Resident / local candidates also welcomed) Strong community and team support Long-term commitment preferred Why Join Us?
