**How will I help?**
We currently have an opportunity for a Team Member to join our Exception Reporting Team.
We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual, that is confident to work in an ever-changing environment.
**Some key responsibilities include but not limited to**:
- Ensuring our customers accounts are correct and complaint
- Our risk obligations are met by ensuring we have adequate attention to detail
- We meet our business timelines and obligations

- Able to commit to a rotating roster between 7am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, as well as overtime when required plus one Saturday morning each quarter. A high level of due diligence and strong attention to detail. A committed individual that is driven to collaborate and work as a team to achieve customer outcomes on tight deadlines
