About us…

We are a privately-owned Melbourne based commercial cleaning company servicing medium to large businesses across Victoria and Australia wide. We are located centrally in St Kilda Road where there is readily accessible transport right at your doorstep.

As we take the next step in our growth journey, we are looking for a mature minded individual who has a passion for customer service and motivation to deliver an engaging and friendly experience for our valued clientele.

If you are customer focused, enthusiastic, highly organised and an experienced administrator who values relationships, both internally, as well as with clients, then this is the job for you!

About the role…

* Manage all inbound calls & queries - Screen calls, answer general queries
* Provide administrative support to the leadership and operations teams
* Data entry & management using Zoho CRM, Timekeeping App, Xero - experience with Employment Hero highly desirable!
* Managing field team onboarding & work rights checks
* Onboarding of new clients
* Management of vehicle fleet services and insurances
* Organise staff courses, training and re-imbursements
* Order and maintain stock supply of office stationery & uniforms
* Taking and distributing minutes from weekly meeting
* General ordering and processing of supplier purchase orders
* Issuing of monthly consumables invoices to all clients
* Reconciling & payment of monthly supplier invoices
* Assist with marketing and web content and general admin duties

About you …

* Experienced in fast paced administration and receptionist role
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills
* Upbeat, polite and pleasant telephone manner
* Proficient in MS office suite, Excel - Employment Hero and Xero (desirable)
* Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software and technologies
* Ability to work autonomously & within a team
* Highly organised and reliable with impeccable attention to detail
