We are currently seeking a General Practitioner to provide services to the Pilbara RFDS GP clinics. This includes the provision of comprehensive routine and emergency general practice care to patients in remote communities and nursing posts. Permanent 0.8 FTE GP role (Mon to Thu) based in Port Hedland. FIFO job‐share may be considered.
We're seeking a GP with:
* FRACGP or FACRRM
* AHPRA Medical Registration – Specialist GP, unconditional
* A minimum 5‐year post‐graduate experience including general practice plus emergency medicine, paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology
* Interest in clinical education and telehealth
* Prior experience in indigenous health, remote community health care, and shared antenatal care desirable
* Completion of standard emergency courses such as ALS would be advantageous
Total Remuneration Package includes:
* Base salary up to $305,155 (full‐time equivalent)
* Salary packaging – up to $15,900 per annum for everyday expenses and up to $2,650 per annum on meals and entertainment expenses
* Partially subsidised housing, vehicle and utilities (or allowances)
* Relocation support
* Professional development allowance
* 5 weeks annual leave (pro‐rata)
* 2 weeks study leave after a year (pro‐rata)
