Nexus 5 Group is seeking a Carpenter / Foreman Lead for an on-going project.
Employee must have skills in general carpentry which includes siding, roofing, flooring, wood rot and general repairs with some knowledge of electrical and plumbing.
Must be able to manage manpower and crew's daily work, documentation and safety protocols for the crew.

Qualifications
7+ years of General Carpentry5+ years as Foreman / LeadExcellent written and verbal skillsAbility to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
