Learning Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Learning Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing learning strategies that drive successful adoption of new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop curriculum and create engaging content that meets the needs of diverse audiences.
\
2. Collaborate with subject matter experts, clients, and stakeholders to ensure training goals are met.
\
3. Revise content and develop courses as necessary.
\
4. Facilitate face-to-face and online training using interactive techniques.
\
5. Maintain awareness of training delivery calendar by developing agendas, timelines, and content flow.
\
6. Provide application knowledge, methodology expertise, and industry knowledge.
\
7. Build and maintain client relationships through exceptional service delivery.
\
8. Provide status reports, issue identification, and problem-solving.
\
9. Manage conflicting demands and prioritize tasks effectively.
\
10. Interact effectively at all organizational levels.
\
11. Travel occasionally for business purposes.
\
12. Hold relevant tertiary and industry qualifications in Change Management and Learning.
\
13. 10+ years of demonstrated experience in change management and learning.
\
14. Experience leading change management streams for complex business application projects.
\
15. Desirable experience with Waterfall and Agile implementations.
\
16. Active security clearance or higher.
\
17. Superior verbal and written communication skills.
\
18. Strong team player with flexibility.
\
19. Willngness to adapt to changing priorities.
\
20. Relevant industry certifications and qualifications.
\
21. Ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
\
22. Willingness to travel occasionally.
\
23. Relevant tertiary education in Change Management and Learning.
