Department for Infrastructure and Transport

Job reference: 698325

Location: ADELAIDE

Job status: Short Term Contract

Eligibility: Open to Everyone

At the Department for Infrastructure and Transport, we are connecting South Australia to keep our State moving. We are responsible for delivering a multi-billion-dollar pipeline of transformative transport and social infrastructure projects, operating and maintaining thousands of kilometres of roads and managing our city's public transport network.

Our work encompasses every part of our State; from our cities to our regions, connecting and strengthening community. We value diversity and inclusion and foster an environment of collaboration, flexibility, and support for our people.

The Opportunity

This is your chance to join a high-performing team that plays a vital role in ensuring government facilities are managed effectively, consistently, and with integrity.

As a Program Review Officer, you'll support oversight of services delivered through the Across Government Facilities Management Arrangements (AGFMA) by the Facilities Management Service Provider. You'll review and verify activities, analyse programs of work against AGFMA requirements, and identify risks or issues that could impact delivery.

Collaboration will be key – you'll work closely with colleagues across the AGFMA Directorate and build strong partnerships with the Service Provider. By paying attention to detail and providing clear, evidence-based advice, you'll contribute to improvements that reduce risk and deliver better outcomes for agencies and the community.

About you

Your attention to detail and hands-on experience supporting programs and projects, with the ability to balance multiple tasks and deliver reliable results. You work well with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels, listen carefully, and contribute to practical solutions.

You're comfortable preparing reports, following policy and procedure, and using your initiative to make improvements. With a focus on teamwork and service delivery, you're ready to support positive outcomes for government and the community.
