Sales and Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related field.
* A minimum of 2 years of sales and marketing experience in the real estate industry, preferably in a managerial capacity.
* A proven track record of achieving sales targets and experience with B2C sales strategies.
* Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
* Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track customer interactions and forecast sales.
